What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing, non-invasive complementary therapy using gentle finger or thumb pressure and massage techniques to specific reflex points on the hands, feet and lower legs. These reflexes mirror the organs, glands and systems of the body, together with a person’s emotional health. Reflexologists work on the reflexes aiming to treat both the symptoms and the causes, encouraging the body to heal itself naturally, restoring balance and harmony to the whole person.

Reflexology is based on the theory that when energy is flowing freely around the body, we feel well and balanced - in acupuncture this energy is called Chi - and any blockages or congestion in this flow of energy will create illness and disease of the body.
