My mission is to improve the health of all my clients holistically - treating their mind, body and spirit, restoring balance and promoting a calm, deep relaxed state and general sense of wellbeing.

About me

My name is Justine Wisdom, I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2020. I am a trained Mental Health First Aider and have a keen interest in mental health and wellbeing and the positive effects reflexology brings to those suffering from stress, anxiety and depression. I also volunteer at St Helena Hospice in Colchester providing reflexology treatments to patients and carers, and as a Bank Therapist at Helen Rollason Cancer Charity working when I am needed providing reflexology and support to clients living with cancer.

My accreditations

I hold a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. I am fully insured and a Member of the Association of Reflexologists. I am also qualified in Oncology Refexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage, AromaReflex and Indian Head Massage, and I am listed on the NHS Listing Directory.

My treatment room

I practice at my home in Tiptree, Essex, where my reflexology treatment room offers a private, calm and peaceful environment allowing you to relax both your mind and body. Tiptree can be reached by road from Colchester, Mersea, Tollesbury, Goldhanger, Maldon, Wickham Bishops, and Kelvedon. Off-road parking is available at my home.
